Need help figuring out what I have

I picked up this watch recently and had no idea if it was real or not, until I opened it.
The number on the movement is 10333031. Inside the back I think is engraved 2524/5.
Apparently it was refinished. Not sure if that adds or detects from the value.
Any idea what I have here?
