Hello, I just picked this up at an estate and honestly cannot tell if it's real or fake (band doesn't seem genuine Omega). Any help would be appreciated.

Yes it's genuine, why do you think the bracelet isn't Omega?

Thank you, I was questioning the bracelet just based on others I've seen on eBay. Do you feel certain it is genuine?

eBay may not be the best reference.

eBay may not be the best reference.
That is true, but the bracelets did look nicer on these "007s" models on eBay. Judging from the photos do you believe this is authentic?

Honestly the photos are not very good. The end link #s are difficult to see, and in general nothing is in focus (seems like pics that have been zoomed in way to much). But overall it all looks legitimate, although pretty beat up.

These were originally fitted with an1170 bracelet with 653 end links.

Post a photo of the markings on your bracelet hinge.

You should check our www.calibre1040 to find out more about these and other references that use this movement.

Yes, it’s had a life, but the fact that you have the bracelet is a bonus and the 24h indicator hasn’t faded as much as these can do. These are really cool pieces - I love mine and always wear it a lot in the Summer especially. Mine says hi:
