The dial is very clearly not authentic, which makes it a much less valuable watch, and is worth effectively less than the sum of its parts. Hands are probably not original based on the coloring, so it is really movement + case. Case looks reasonable, so may be 1-$200 for that, and about the same of the movement, though the movement is a franken I suspect based on the inconsistent plating, so it is really only good for parts anyway.
SO, MAYBE $300 if sold together? Maybe a little better if you found someone needing the case and sold that and the movement separate.
