Need help: Are these Omega Genève real?

The hands seem too small to me, the crown is gold (shouldn't it be silver?).
What do you think about it? Is this watch genuine or is it a fake?

This wasn't delivered with a gold crown, yes, and the hands are indeed incorrect. You are aware this is a ladys ref, right? Just making sure here.

Anyway, with incorrect parts etc and in this condition I'd step away. Even in good condition and with correct parts they're not particularly expensive, you'll certainly find a better example.

Out of curiosity, may I ask how much it is?
