Dear Omega-Experts!

Does anyone know how to remove the original bracelet from the pre-bond seamaster watch?
Please excuse my lack of knowledge!

Thank you!

Just so I have evidence that it's my idea. I did give you all fair warning. Eh? Dennis.

By the way, a little recognition wold have been agreeable rather than all the "No You Can't" antisentimentality.

Should any of you wish to repeat my innovation please contact me and I will do all I can to help.

I hope I don't get too much flak for reviving an old post as my first post on the forums BUT I'm picking up my first Omega tomorrow in the form of a pre-bond Seamaster and I'm pretty excited! It seems like tchipchase hasn't been active for a while, but I 'wish to repeat the innovation' and I'm wondering if anyone else has found a reliable way to attach a nato/leather strap to an old 200m? Thanks!

I just got the pre-bond as well. Of course the metal strap is too small. I ordered 4 links to make it fit. Would you like to purchase any extras that I may have?

We'll have to see tomorrow! It may fit perfectly, I haven't even tried it on yet. But I do plan on finding a way to fit a NATO onto it.

Unfortunately I haven’t seen my Seamaster in over 8 months. I dropped it off for a service at a local, well reviewed watch shop and their 30 day turnaround turned into 60, and then 90, and then 120 days. Then COVID happened and they closed for 3 months. Still fighting with them to get it back.

Hope you can sort it out and get your watch back asap

If anyone can measure the lug width of their watch and let me know, I may have found some solutions. (my watch is yet to reach me)

Thanks

Also the pins it looks as though it’s some sort of loop that goes through both do these come with the strap? Or are they sold separate?
