Don't know the film but it looks like the Sycamore in the Sycamore Gap in Northumberland that was unlawfully cut down recently.

Curiously, at first I thought of another Freeman movie, Unforgiven. That is a different tree though.

Lol, it is tho.
The the whole point of the thread is *not* to simply google image search, but to challenge both those posting and replying. The fun and interesting aspect is in carefully choosing an image that will hint at, but not instantly give away the movie.
