Hi all members,

As we all know, Omega first produced the Constellation with the date feature, known as the model "Constellation Calendar," in 1957.
Only 25,000 (with caliber 504) have been produced in steel (ref. 2943), goldcap case (ref. 2943), and 18k gold case (ref. 2943/2954), along with the Grand Luxe 18k models (ref. 16995 and ref. 2988).

Today, I will share another piece from my collection – the Omega Reference 2493 with the movement number 17,093,xxx. According to "Omega’s Extracts from The Archives" from another watch with the movement number 17,075,xxx, I believe that my watch was produced around November to December 1959.

However, when I asked in the forum's guessing game, "Did I receive the good response?"😲

By the way, today I will share more pictures of this watch.
I reviewed my “TURLER” omega 2943 here.

More close-up photography.

Please note the indices are radium filled.

My wrist shot:

According to my research in this forum (and also from Google), I could not find the ref. 2943 or 2954 with the “waffle dial.” I found only “the plain dial.”
If anyone has this waffle dial in this reference, please do not hesitate to share yours.

Thanks to the many experts in this forum that I reached out to via PM.
Thanks for your feedback.
Best,
Teerapat
