Don't worry, there will be other UGers, more knowledgeable than I, coming along to hammer me into my place if I'm out of line.

I'm talking about myself (bad faith), I'm afraid that you might be right and that it's a re-print...:/

Thank you !

Here's another one to feed that nice thread

I believe it is what is usually called the "RLM" with reference to the German air force it was assigned to according Pietro Sala
Case ref is described in Sala's book as being 22409, 38 mm diameter, produced in the early 40s
Mine doesn't show any engravings anymore, case back has been heavily polished to have them all removed including case ref and serial.
It retains its original short and fat waterproof pushers that are fairly unusual and a stunning detail to my eyes along with the slightly integrated crown

Interestingly, the dial shows a gilt print as opposed to the silver print showed in Sala's book
the "Compur 30" mention remains puzzling to me

Cheers,

Laurent

Super nice Compur array, congratulations !

Thank you for your comments about the 22409, the dial wears some patina, it is nice as is

I love those mushroom pushers! Would love to DIBS that but would that be too greedy?

Thanks, they are a wonderful detail not sure they qualify as mushroom pushers though,
these are the only mushroom pushers I know (not my watch...🙁)

Pretty cool and rare design, rose gold, manufactured in 1945... All mint original (except the crown, should be without a logo).

And a beauty from 1936...

Wow, wow, wow! @10H10 if I remember properly, you've also shown a binder full of Polerouters?
I say OPEN SESAME, time to open up the cave in the hopes that you will show us the rest please! I'm sure you're hiding a few more.
