Really live this watch is magnificent, the first limited edition that makes Tudor, 1181 pieces worldwide, every year will be increased by the players who sign again, if next year they hire 5 players, there will be 5 more watches, Presumably, these 5 watches will see little light, since they will surely be held by those same players.

Seems like there’s a trend of PVD watches. These are lovely but imagine it not to age well due to the coating.

that all depends on who applies it and their recipe used

According to the Tudor website, the recipe for Pvd is from NASA.

I know for a fact that Tudor don't use DLC (diamond-like carbon) during the PVD process so it won't be a seriously hard wearing coating, but it'll be durable.

After some reading around it turns out it's a real hit or miss concerning if a BB dark will show PVD wear or not. It really depends on what you'll be exposing it to but some people have no issues 2 years down the line while others are complaining of PVD wear.

I suppose you should just wear it and enjoy it as best you can. It's certainly a beautiful timepiece but I would personally wear it with a brown leather strap.

Maybe it is just the lighting but it looks like the coating is already coming off between the notches on the crown.

It's the brightness of the light, I'm seeing it live and it's perfect.

Tried this on a few weeks ago. Impressively built and wore well, not crazy about the PVD or the very flat stealth dial, but a really nice piece for sure and had that modern Tudor solidity.

Now I'm even more confused😕

It’s limited. But the number is not fixed. For as long as the kiwis add new players.
