oh wow. How much cheaper of the watches over there? Assumed you are from the US.\

Never mind, after looking at the prices, they arent that cheap compared to getting from this forum or the internet. :)

Did you find prices competitive? Or was everything high? Any particular deals on a certain brand vs another? If you bring watch into US might there be a duty? Amazing selection, eye candy!

My dream is to go to Asia, and visit Japan. This right here would just be the cherry on top if I make that trip.

I can see why a lot of good deals on Omegas come from sellers in Japan, they have a lot of pre owned watches.

    Thanks and cooooooool post!

I'm surprised at the prices on those 70's Longines. $900 USD doesn't seem bad at all for a 431 with a sweet funky dial. Just need the mustache to match...

    Very Nice...
The prices seem pretty high for vintage Rolex. $4k for a Mk2 fat font insert... wonder if they would buy some from me??
I also have a 1680 for them... at the prices they were selling them.

    Thanks for all the pictures.
Looks amazing. Can't wait to go in 2020 for the Olympics.

Wow, watch heaven... I wonder if I can persuade my wife that Japan would be a better holiday destination than the Caribbean this year ?

Incredible post OP. I know how exiting you were at Jack road. My experience is about the same when I first came in, very friendly.
I remember that first time I was there, a poor man wearing jeans and polo shirt, no penny in pocket, Asking them to try on an used Omega FOIS without any hesitation like a boutique or other fancy watch store.
Next time I came in, I bought my first luxury watch ever, a brand new full box omega FOIS.

Time to go shopping!!! Some of my best finds are there. Such as a NOS Seiko Lord Marvel 36000 and a NOS 1991 3590.50. It is really a land of treasure.

If it were easy, we would all be locking up our capital with japanese pre-owned watches. I don't think it's viable as a business, but maybe if you come home with a couple of vintage pieces and talk nicely to the custom's agent

    Inspiring :)

Yes, it's a little intimidating to be among chinese business men, and rich salary men from tokyo. I had maybe a couple thousand yen in my pocket that I had allotted myself for food that day lol
