I only have my quartz SBS left as my nuke-sub chrono went to another home. I was also very lucky to own an 88 SBS for around a week !

An ‘88 SBS? Thats a rare thing, i know of 2 around from (I think) 100 issued.
Any photos?

Sold for £6250 inc fees

Just seen on Instagram that it went to a very deserving @jjhughes1969

He has a pretty spectacular CWC collection and is worth a follow.

Yeap an ‘88 SBS. I believe it’s right that there were one hundred issued and that there are only two other known examples (048/88 and 078/88). I think the guy I sold it to has never posted pictures so I don’t really want to without getting an OK from him.

What an incredible set @watchlovr !!!

Below is my former watch which I sold because the lume was too greenish for my taste (0552 74 if I recall well). Got a wonderful Hamilton chronograph issued in 73 instead.

My current diver, RN issued, 97

What I find interesting is its batch number - 300 - the highest number I've ever seen on 97's actually, so could it be the last one to have been issued this year (?)
