Lovely, I don't own an RN Diver but plan to at some point. Is that first one the recent 1980's reissue? If not I didn't realise just how spot on they got the lume/hand colour.

Always prefer the non circle logo, will have to be content with my G10 fatboy for now which I'm wearing more often when not at work.

First is the reissue, I cannot find anyone who will sell me an original.

Nice pictures - I have a soft spot for the CWC as well, only own a 2001 SBS version, but would love to get hold of a mid to late 80's regular one like you have there. Prices seem to be on the up though......

Excellent representation of a great series of watches - think that 92 SBS should have its RN brother with it though!

One of these days I’m going to buy a non quartz one. Right after my Flieger.

Their website is a nice hole to disappear into every once in awhile.

I wonder what would be the value of that 1981? It looks a near perfect example, beautiful even patina too.

Thanks, it is the star of the show imo.
The 85 quartz and 92 SBS come close but the auto wins.

What a collection of CWCs, watchlovr!
Here is my only CWC - a late 1981 6BB issued to the Royal Air Force. Recently acquired from a friend, admittedly without knowing much about the history of the watch and the brand. Been enjoying wearing though!

Hello, I too am a CWC fan and appreciated your article. I would like to tell you I have a1980 diver but unfortunately can't. I am looking for a mid 80s CWC Diver. Do you know who I can approach or do you have one for sale? Cheers Kevin.

There had been quite a few issued quartz divers appearing on eBay over the last few months, both US and UK. Happy to say I picked one up to go with my issued 2001 SBS recently. Prices seem to be a bit variable though so best to get a feel for them before jumping in.
