A quick online search for the reference shows only examples with a different angled 'M' in Automatic like in the picture below...

I can say im pretty certain its not a redial. For reference, how many gold dial calendar have you seen? under the lume i can clearly see the print boldness. And even redialing a solid gold dial without damaging the dial..

You can’t compare a printed Omega with a applied Omega.

Most applied have a further gap between Omega and Automatic than printed IIRC

Here is another SM de Luxe with 18K solid gold dial and applied Omega wording, also with a wide gap...

However this is with minute hashes and the movement is younger, its a cal 562

Just my two cents: since the OP’s dial doesn’t look repainted in any case, could it be an later Omega replacement dial?
