My newest addition - Globemaster

I am sure I should be apologizing for the various threads during my hunt for my Globemaster - after some up's and down's and stalls along the way I finally received it this morning and well...it has truly been worth the wait I am so smitten.

To me it fits my wrist perfectly, doesn't feel at all heavy (might be due to the 5 links I removed for my skinny wrist). As today is a very grey and rainy day in Surrey it has a dark blue look to it which is mesmerizing.

I started this journey researching and hunting like crazy for an AT Blue dial (23110.42.22.03.001) I was so in love with it and very nearly bought one. But as I am sure has happened many times, when in the OB the GM blue dial caught my eye and I couldn't resist trying it on. After a lucky escape and almost buying it (at the OB price) the hunt for a GM was on and today it was delivered! I can see this one getting a lot of wrist time 😀

Thanks to all that have followed my journey, given advice and supported me along the way, I am still learning a lot and have a small but considered collection. My new bespoke watch box should arrive soon and then it is very much a case of enjoying my collection and replenishing the funds before adding anything more 😗.

You should register on the Omega website so you can view all the actual test results for your watch.
I have found the look of the watch really changes (in a good way) depending on the light - a stunning piece and a very important one for Omega as their first master chrono release.
