Hello all omegaforums’ members.

I want to share the latest one in my collection.

It was Omega seamaster ref.2577-22 with uncommon “golfer dial”, serial no. 13,636,xxx (around 1953) and powered by caliber 354.

Around 4 months ago, I posted another “golfer dial” in this forums:
https://omegaforums.net/threads/my-new-watch-seamaster-with-golfer-dial.125598/

Yesterday I just acquired another one.
In my opinion,
  • The dial looks original with beautiful and clean golfer pattern
  • The font of “OMEGA , AUTOMATIC, Seamaster” was correct
  • The hours markers were original with esp. the large “Arabic number” at 3/6/9/12 o’clock (No luminous spots too, same as my old watch while other golfers had)
  • The minute tracks were original with all of gold spots intact
  • The hands were original
  • The case and lug condition was acceptable with some spot of gold lust
  • The crown was correct and original
  • The caseback was original
  • The movement looks clean
  • The crystal maybe original but not correct to this model

This watch come with omega leather strap plus crack spots of omega buckle.
I believe it was genuine strap and buckle too but maybe not original come with my watch?

My wrist shot:

Finally, I compared serial number between both of mine then I discovered the difference was only 2 which I never expected it was real.

Please commend about my new golfer.

About strap and buckle, is it original and which model should it correctly fit ?,
please shed some light on.

Best regards,
Teerapat

First time I've seen this type of dial. Love this hobby and forum, just when you think you know a lot about Omega, something new pops up.

Do they exist in a stainless steel case?

Nice! Omega did seem to have it's day in the sun for interesting and unique dials. Now it seems only Grand Seiko is doing this.

I think it was produced and OF’s member will show that version in the near future.😁
