What is their standard service cost? If anyone knows? I'm looking to get my Seamaster 300m from 1999 serviced and I can't find any pricing on their site. Thanks

Why not call them. They were a bit more expensive than Omega the two times I used them but their warranty is a year longer.

I was going to call when the opened. Just didn't want to waste time if they are that close to Omega's pricing and unwillingness to not do certain things. I already sent my watch to Omega and they wanted 1200 for a service and to replace my dial which has a tiny crack in the luminova. They would not service it without replacing it. I'm looking for someone who will service it and no replace my original dial.

Nesbits will most likely insist on replacing everything that Omega does. I asked them if they were willing to not replace the handset on one of the Chronos I had them service and they would only do it if I waived their three year warranty. I had the hands replaced.

Ouch. Well that sucks. I will probably go elsewhere then. I just want someone to service it with omega parts, polish and replace the pins/sleeves on the bracelet and not change anything. It's more difficult to find that I had expected.....

Not in my experience, they will work with the owner as to what they want done. They overhauled my 1973 Mark II and they said they would try to keep the hands and dial if at all possible, and they did. No issues with maintaining the warranty. They are about the same price as Omega but far more flexible. Give Jan a call and discuss what you want done.

I appreciate the response and I'll do that.

I recently inquired about my Seamaster Cosmic that is still working properly but required servicing, and she quoted me $800 with a 4-5 week turnaround time. I emailed her, and she was very responsive. I asked what's included and below was her response:

Movement Service; disassembly, 5 stage cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, timing

Minor interior components if necessary

Replacement of all seals (new Omega crown and acrylic crystal)

Pressure test to factory specification

Case and bracelet ultrasonically cleaned and lightly buffed

36 month warranty

I've yet to send it to her. I'm still shopping around. Thought $800 was a little steep.
