My first OMEGA - worst customer experience EVER

This is unacceptable. I bought an Aqua Terra from Houston Boutique and they didn't locktight the bracelet screws after sizing so it fell off my wrist on day 2
Screws that aren't loctited in don't back out in two days, it wouldn't surprise me if they failed to reinsert a screw which let the pin fall out and the bracelet separate. Another reason it is good practice to do your own sizing, you know it is done right.

Everytime I rotate into a steel bracelet watch I run my fingers over the sides to see if any screw or pin is sticking up. You'll feel a screw backing out on an Omega bracelet long before it would fall off, allowing you time to retighten it.

Insist on replacing the whole watch, with a new one not just the bracelet, they have scratched the case, spoiled the fun, and ruined the whole experience for you.

A Anaide
Looking for some advice...
I have purchased my SMP 300 in November from Omega website. I was a bit lazy to adjust my bracelet in the botique in the city center and brought it to a juwelier nearby (who is authorized Omega Dealer). They immediately asked me where I bought my watch, cause some bolts were very loose and they had to tighten them down. Just my 2 cents

I do own 41mm Aqua Terra and it was perfect out of the box. Zero issues. All Omega watches are different

This is the direction I’d be going in if it were me. Politely, of course, but also making it clear that it’s not the quality of service one would expect when buying direct from the boutique
