My first Omega, looking for more information.

Hello all, I recently received this bumper automatic as a gift and was looking for further information on it such as when it may have been made, reference number, what I might expect to get it fully running again( currently all hands will move but I don't seem to be able to set the time, might be user error). As far as I know everything is original and I don't believe it was ever opened or serviced and was just tossed in the drawer and left for 30 years or so. I've tried to find an exact match but have essentially had no luck, the closest thing I could find is one near identical but it actually has the Seamaster designation on the dial. Also any strap recommendations that would suit it? Any information would be much appreciated, thank you!

Sadly there's no real watchmakers in my town so I might have to travel a bit. Oh and if was to open it up myself just to check those details which device would you recommend to open it with? And I'll keep and eye out for a strap of that size. Thank you!
