So besides the crystal all seems legit? What's a fair price? According to the owner the watch is serviced at Swatch Group in Bangkok

the condition .... obvious the case is polished ... crystal is not omega ..... bezel is worn .... i assume this would involve shipping and handling ? or is it included ?

No shipping or handling. Will pick it up and can also look at it before. But as you say I can probably find another in better condition

Very informative discussion. Sorry for resurrecting this thread, but may I get some expert opinion on this 166.027 ref I found today? What makes it suspicious to me is the red sweeping hand. Is this really a 166.027 or some franken?

Appreciate the input.

ok initially ... case back is extremely polished, that said not a real deal killer. print on the dial seems legit ... case has NOTCH were the bezel / crown, and the case meet which is correct ... i can not see clearly if the hour and minute hands are silver [polished] if they are they also are correct and the minute hand seems to be the correct length .... the SECOND SWEEP HAND [red] could be that the previous owner replaced for example from another vintage OMEGA watch ... that does not mean the entire watch is bogus ... the movement cal 565 is correct for a vintage Omega 120 automatic with date ... the manual wind 120 would house a 601 movement .. the BEZEL and the triangle and the PIP seems to be original and in GREAT condition

Thanks guys, actually I can't see that on the photos, not the best quality ones as they're from a swiss classified site. I asked the seller to provide some better quality photos. Actually I don't really like the red seconds hand, but let's see.

he offers the watch at around $1300, it might be a bit far fetched, right?
