It is supposed to be the one with 36/37mm.
Ok thanks for the help. I will try to get that one, even if it is a bit of a bet regarding the crown (but i guess not too expensive to replace the crown) and not seeing the movement.

Check back for other OF member responses before bidding toward the mid and upper side of the range. Diversity of opinions will help with your decision. Best of luck...Seamaster 120 divers are a nice watch.

And if you buy this watch, posting pictures here is a must.

crown is off too big, it should measure 37mm [minus crwn] for the men's ... smaller would be the ladies version, the bezel pearl [pip] is missing .... any photo of the movement, and the inside of the caseback
    ?

Yes I’m aware of the crown being to big. Should not be an issue and not to costly to replace it with a proper one right? (Looks a bit weird with such a big crown).
It should be the 37mm model (i checked several pictures of the 31mm version and looking at the pictures its clearly a 37mm in my opinion). What is your opinion?
Unfortunately there are no movement pictures as seller is not familiar with watches and hence not able to open the case.
So it will be a bit of a black box buying the watch.

According to @Archer who kindly gave part numbers in a previous thread in my newly acquired 120, the crown is still available from Omega and is number 069ST42045, would be a standard replacement part during a service.

I picked mine up for $900 with non-original hands and crown (both being corrected as we speak), so deals still can be had. This one looks nice and with the bracelet makes it it a bargain. It also has the white lumed second hand which I believe was a rarity- there was a thread on it here and I’m sure someone with one can chime in.

I’m definitely no experts on movements but on the ones I’ve seen the highlighted part here is nice and shiny.

Anyone knows if there is anything worrying about this?

Looks good to me. Crown is easy, don’t even sweat that. Even if it were orginal, you would want the change it during service since the gasket inside would be hard as a rock.

24 jewel 565 caliber movement is correct for the 166.027 which is verified on the case back. Serial number is out of focus so can’t check against tables available for approximate year produced. I don’t have an issue with the discolored movement part.

Ahh, unfortunately there was another bidder which went up too high. Want to spend max 1500 USD. Quite unfortunate.
But I'm watching two other watches. And actually I like them more as they are no date versions (not a huge fan of the date function) and do not have an engraving on the back case.

This one from Vietnam. As far as I can tell a 165.027. What is odd for me is that it is supposed to be a 165.027, but there is a 550 Movement instead of a 552 and the caseback tells 166.027 instead of 165.027. So a Frankenstein watch?

The second one I'm Looking at is one from italy. According to the seller freshly serviced.
Is supposed to be a 135.027 Manual Movement, No Date, Caliber 601. Unfortunately without any Pictures of the movement. But this one Looks genuine to me. What do you think?

I dont believe that's a genuine 120 bezel. And if you look at the caseback and compare this with dial, hands and bezel.. Well. This watch was worked on IMHO...

But I must say it's beginning to be very hard to tell nowadays if a 120 is genuine or not. You almost need to have the watch in hand to be sure.
