In my next lifetime, I will be Jeff Goldblum. Until then, I’m enjoying the second season of The World According to Jeff Goldblum on Disney+ Images lovingly borrowed from Google.
Jeff Goldblum comes out of hiding every few years to remind us that he is awesome, then disappears for a few years until we need him again.
He starred in a little-known TV series called "Raines" that only lasted one season. He played a detective who (in his mind) could see and talk to dead people--victims of violent crimes. There's a bit in one episode that ranks with the best ever on TV: A little girl is killed. Raines solves the murder and in the final scene tries to console the girl's father--with the little girl beside him, telling him what to say. Powerful stuff, available on iTunes.
Recently watched an episode of Ray Bradbury Theater starring Goldblum. Not the greatest TV in the world, but always great to see Goldblum in an older show I've previously missed. Image from https://m.imdb.com/title/tt0683232/
OMG, thank you for this — hadn’t seen it before, and I give it 11 Goldblums out of a possible 10 Goldblums.
