Can anyone confirm that the circled screw in the image below is the stem release screw? It seems the only plausible candidate, but this chronograph module has me a little disoriented.

You are correct Lou.

I just checked an illustration of the dial side for the M90/95 and the setting lever pivots from that side of the stem.
