Movado 19038 Black Gilt Dial

Hey guys, still searching for my first Movado Chronograph and learning. I found this one out there really love the black dial. Actually another one was available on Chrono lately but its not anymore and it looks like it had not original hands etc.

This on seems to have original hands, but I am not an expert. What I am confused by is that it is described as 19038, based on my research I would have thought that its a 19068, because it already have the M logo. Its also really tough to see if the dial is original or the watch is polished a lot or not. The cost is 5.300€
