Interesting! I'd like to learn more about this!
Actually I personally know only from a very small amount of black CK2998 BASE 1000 bezels being aftermarket and I think they should be recognizeable. Beside that all bezels I have seen belongs to a series A or B (We discussed that in another thread). If there was an aftermarket product those items would come up more often than they actually do?! Maybe you have a pic of such a bezel which is - in your eyes - definitly aftermarket with artificially aging?? I would be really interested in learning something about that!

Sorry, I meant the steel base 1000, not the black.

No, not yet. There are a few steps after the authors' work, wich are in the hands of publisher, translator, etc, which are out of our control.

Ahk, I'm really keen to get a copy too so I'm looking forward to any news or ETA, think there'll be a significant number of takers from here

Dear all,

A small information: the book will have around 500 pages instead of initially planned 400. Extra pages for the same price.

A sample showing a few pages will follow in the coming weeks

Very simple, all books get mailed to a moderator in a central US location, then get redistributed in a fair and equitable manner , based on the amount of medical training. 😁

In terms of years, degrees, certifications or patients seen? 😉

I've put you down for August 8, 2017. I tried to get you higher on the list, but explaining that you don't actually own a Speedmaster didn't help your case. 🙁

I just placed my order. I got the same error but when you click on the link to the home page for the Watchprint website you can scroll down to the Moonwatch Only book entry (amidst all the other books for sale) click on the "Add to Basket" button there and it will actually put it in your checkout cart. You have to create an account first though.
