Moonwatch 1861 not centering

Is it a common fault or normal for a brand new speedy 1861 to not reset to top dead centre on the 6 o’clock subdial/hour counter
Mine doesn’t
Seems every chronograph I buy has something wrong with it.

Ensure you press the reset pusher fully, sometimes mine will reset all but the 12hr sub-dial if it's not pressed fully

I checked it while it was running and the hour counter is 10mins fast . as it hits the hour marks the minute counter is reading 20 mins
