Up for sale is a fairly rare genuine OMEGA stainless steel exhibition caseback with a fitted sapphire crystal for your 145.0022 case number Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch with an 1861 or 1863 movement. In excellent like new condition.
This is a direct swap if you already have an 1863 with see-through caseback or (allegedly but unconfirmed) an 1861 Speedmaster Tokyo 2020 Olympics Limited Edition. If you have a standard 1861 with solid caseback, this is NOT a direct swap. In that case, you would need to acquire the correct movement spacer and another gasket that sits on the spacer. Please ensure compatibility with your watch before purchase.
Exhibition caseback part number is 112ST1589. Please note that the part number refers to the exhibition caseback ring itself only, but this listing includes the sapphire crystal with gasket pre-installed. Sapphire crystal part number is 062SN5126.
