Hello all!
First time poster here with a question: my incredibly talented gift-giver of a wife presented me with a Swatch MoonSwatch: Mission to Mars as an early Valentine’s Day present.
After initial shock and showing off, I realized the sub-dial at the 2:00 position seems to be a 24-hour indicator (it turns half as quickly as the hour hand when adjusting the time), rather than the 1/10th second indicator my other MoonSwatches have. The chronograph hand also counts in 1/5-second increments, rather than the 1-second increments of my Mission on Earth example.
Is it possible the movement in the watch has entered a weird state, or the watch was constructed with an incorrect movement? The watch came with the original box and sale papers and doesn’t show signs of being opened or repaired.
Thanks all!
