What gets me is the butt hurt that people get over VIP / Rich / Celebrity types.

Oh they get a watch that is hard to get before me..They are top of the list…

Really,
Who do you think is buying the Snoopy you got for RRP of $12k for $30k. It’s not the Joe average that’s buying for RRP it’s the people above.
You have a cool million to blow on toys you’re not caring about RRP. You get what you want and pay a little bit over.

I am just about over hearing the winging in thread after thread of “I can’t get this watch that watch now”..
Luxury watches in high demand are hard to get. (Luxury popular anything is hard to get look at PS5 for years even now)

Buy a Omega or a watch that is available, they are easy to get.. 😉

Tell me about it. The jealous gazes and dirty looks I get at stop lights while sitting in my 1999 Chevy Cavalier with that Michael Kors on my wrist!
Yea, I bought it for retail at Walmart. Get over it.

Well I have to say I was a bit pissed off when I contacted Petak Phillipe about their blue watches sold in the Tiffany shop in New York.
I sent a longish email explaining how selling one to a humble teacher would be a better PR coup than letting Jay Z get his grubby mitts on one, and I had managed to scrape together the money to pay in cash etc etc. They were having none of it. Didn’t even reply. Wish I hadn’t bothered, I put a lot of thought into that email. Why do they think its ok to waste my time? I definitely won’t be buying anything from Tiffany or Petak Phillippe any time soon.
I did manage to get a swatch moonswatch after six months , so just goes to show, we mere mortals don’t always come second. Suck on that Tiffany.
