I’m contemplating the above dial for my sapphire Speedy pro. Does anyone know of any genuine dials available and whether I also need new hands etc?

Yes you will need either silver hands. (as per original) or dark hands for min and hour

 

www.swisslimitededitions.com in the UK sells this dial, along with a silver hand set. £900 for the dial and £230 for the hands (about US1,500). If you already have the watch this is probably the way to go. Not cheap but it is a distinctive look.

You can also use the Apollo 11 35th anniversary dial, it's a £100 cheaper. Essentially the same dial but with the moon landing date, July 20, 1969, in red. It adds a splash of color.
