Mitsukoshi Dial -- legit or no?

Hey all,

I've long been eyeing a Mitsukoshi speedy dial and I found one online that is fairly priced, which of course has me dubious.

How the hell am I supposed to tell if this is real or not?

These online prices at $850-$1500 are far from "fairly priced" considering they can still be purchased new from Omega.
