Missing 2h Mark on Omega Geneve?

Hello, I am unsure how this could happen but Now I am worried if this Dial has been repainted or tampered with. The Black markings on all other Hour Marks seem to be just a bit shifted and the 2 o'clock Mark doesnt have any Markings or signs that the paint has been chipped of.

Has anybody an idea how I could fix it or how this could have happened?

The 12 is also not aligned correctly. I this a recent purchase? If you have not purchased, I would avoid. If you have purchased it, there isn't much you can do, unless there is a return policy. For the value of this watch, it may not be worth chasing down a replacement dial.

Do you think its original? The Misallignments are minimal on the other Hour marks.

The dial/hands looks off somehow.

Do you have the reference number?

Sorry, but I am on the fence with the Omega and Geneve font, so I can't say one way or another. I think some, if not all of the markers have been removed and re-installed, which is usually done during refinishing.

For what it is worth, I am pretty sure that the dial text and hashes are fine. The missing black paint on the one marker happens sometimes, it is known to flake off. I can't tell if the other markers have been freshened up or something.

I agree with @ConElPueblo. Having owned quite a few of this model, the dial looks fine to me. If the dial shot is not straight on and lighting makes the hour markers cast shadows, the minute track very easily looks off even though it’s not. Also, the fond tends to look bolder in pictures. I have no solution for the missing black sadly.

Thank you all, I was so unsure if I purchased a Fake Dial, but It looks fine to be honest, I think the other Black markings are fine and i would be searching for something to nitpick around.

Steady hands and an ultra fine or fine Sharpie marker might be able to fix the second index
