·Thanks. Yes, the seller believes the dial was restored but I’m unsure to what extent that impacts the value.
Case is damaged and overpolished (and corroded1), so there isn't a ton of value to it.
So the answer is: "A ton". There is, IMO, little value to this watch. A few hundred at most.
