Hi Everyone,

I'm about to send this one out for movement service, at which time sweep and minute counter will be placed.

Question: The minute hand looks a bit too long for the dial. Any thoughts?

thanks
Todd

I think so.
Here is a picture of an advertising (good source to check IMO) on which it seems that effectively the minute hands should end at the start of the tachymeter circle.

Very nice model anyway.
I'm interested in other answers.

I have a couple of these, and the minute hands don't extend into that outer track.

Stupid remark but It is as if it had been elongated at the begining ... doesn't know if it is possible. Sorry it doesn't help either.
I found strange that it is the right shape and lume apart from the length.

Thanks everyone. These are an old pair of hands I found in my parts box. It looks as if they were tampered with as the plating is removed and the picture shows bare metal. It is entirely possible that they may be a bit misshapen and that the minute hand, as YYTIN suggested, may be a bit stretched. Seen it happen. Good call..

Does anyone know if the correct hands for this dial would be blued? Minute counter?
