Ok, I know - I've sworn off any more vintage...for now. But an acquaintance of mine came into this, and I keep finding myself coming back to it - not sure if it's just that warm aging its taken on, or something my brain is trying tO figure out...SO, what do you guys think of it?

I believe it's an early Postwar example.

I believe you're right.

Immediate post war I say (without properly researching the serial number).

This one's a bit earlier and is supposed to be from 1944. Finish surface is different.

Yes just beautiful. 30T2 movement serial (11.3M) is one of the last before the 3 digit series (265 etc ) came into being so c1947/8 ?

Thanks for posting this. Really nice watch. I can see the evolution towards my 265 (CK2495) from 1950.
