EDIT: I actually just found the dispatch email in my spam folder ... I only get access to it once every 24 hours (work protocol), so it's a good thing I checked

Yep, southern England 😀 Never mind - I got the email on Monday >5pm saying it had been dispatched, so I thought it might arrive today but nothing. And no tracking number either. And I'll probably be out tomorrow so that means either arranging redelivery or going to pick it up 😁
TBH, I can't imagine Books etc are making a lot of money from this - maybe a few £ per book sold...

I was out when the Parcelforce man arrived, but my Ring security camera gave me the notification there was someone at the door - I could see him shifting about having rung the bell, and when I hit the mic button on the app so I could speak to him, a sudden whoosing noise from the train I was on (which I can hear on the playback, came through the speaker on the camera), made him drop the box by the front door and scarper 😁
