I reached out to the company about the shipping prices. This was their response
I’m really sorry ,the cost to shipping to USA has gone up, we are actively looking for a new courier to help decrease our delivery charges.

Still far cheaper than buying it from other places like Watchprint, Amazon ($275), etc.

Mine has arrived (UK), really didn't realise just how big and heavy this book is! Time to study..

Amazed they're doing free UK delivery never mind low cost rest of world.

I used to put those plastic covers on that you see library books covered in but they are getting very hard to find as more and more stuff goes digital.

Are those permanent? I've been looking for a cover but want to be able to remove it but, it's been difficult for a book this size..
