I think it is the model as in the title to this thread.

I haven't had the back off.

Day date. Not date just. The specific reference will be between the lugs.

I would suggest visiting a local watchmaker, have them gently remove the bracelet and take note of the serial and ref number. You don't need to take the caseback off.

You can attempt this yourself, of course -- at your own risk.
