Marks on the case of an Omega De Ville

Found this ladies De Ville recently. Superb dial, much better than most other De Ville models seen on line. It's
a 24mm case approx. and is in gold. I don't know if it's solid, rolled or plated though....

The strap's in excellent condition too.

Any idea what the two marks on the case back signify?

There’s no plated/filled indicator in the left hallmark that I can see: just 750 (to indicated 750/1000 gold—aka 18-karat). A good sign the piece is solid 18k gold.

I’m guessing the marking on the right the case maker’s mark, but impossible to say more, I think, without a more focused picture.
