I wonder what the two marks on my dial could be, rust maybe ?

hard to say with a 2 dimensional view but you might be lucky and find that they are just debris. looking from a sideways angle does it look like the marks stand taller than the dial surface? if so then maybe a watch tech could pop the crystal and either blow them off gently with a squeeze blower or grab them with rodico.

It has just been serviced, i mentioned it to the watchmaker, he told me that he could´nt remove them, and we did´nt discuss it further.

I just hope it does´nt spread though.

Flaking of the clear coat or lacquer exposing the substrate resulting in tarnish would be my guess.

Based on the photo, it looks like 2 dents - it the dial has been damaged on the reverse and have caused bumps on the dial surface?

do the marks look raised above the rest of the dial?

Yes, they actually look like very small dents, when i look at them with a loupe, maybe something happened during a earlier service.
