Removing Radium Burn Marks from Vintage Plexi Crystal

I have an original crystal for a vintage watch that has brown burns where the radium of the dial and hands were. I'd like to preserve the plexi if possible since it's original to the watch. Has anyone tried and successfully removed these marks?

I tried polywatch both on the inside and outside but didn't have any effect.

You have two options.
Live with it, or a new crystal.

The discolouration isn't just surface, it's through the interior of the plexiglass.

Not much you can do, even though the burns are not too bad on that one...

The burns may be mildly radioactive, just saying!

Unless the crystal is signed, there is no reason to preserve it. To me, it’s like trying to run original bias ply tires on an old American muscle car.

Can you do it? Yes.

Would anyone want it? Probably not.
