·Honestly for your sanity i would just get you watch back and send it sonewhere else. They are a slippery crowd who i would not wee on if they were on fire.

·How did you pay? Credit card ? Do a chargeback let the credit card co do all the legwork.
trading standards etc there are loads of avenues before wasting your money on a high court judgement ( small claims dont send ballifs in)
If the setup is anything like the old company everything is leased or owned by other companies and they have no assets to sieze.
If my friend decided not too pursue his 4 watches after legal advice (which were worth far far more than a thousand pounds) then how can you justify spending more money chasing a underhand company like them

Im very confused now as if it was 2 years ago then you were dealing with LWR Realisations Ltd who are in administration so you need to speak to administrators, Surely your no win no feed solictor told you this?
You cannot take the new company to court for the debts of the old company even if its same address,same directors.
Now in the case of LWR they have preferred creditors HMRC, Customs and Excise and after the reciever has taken their pound of flesh sorting out all the finances your CCJ will be well down the list.

·I only received the Watch back earlier this year (yes i waited almost 2 years) - chargebacks have a hard cut off of 540 days so that does t help me. It appears that once sgain, they will get away with it ?

Administrator returned your watch ?
You cant take them to court. They are in adminstration.
No solicitor is going to take on a civil claim for 1k against a company in administration . And defo not on no win no fee.
Even your option of a chargeback is gone as they are in adminstration.
Be glad that you have watch back and mark up the 1k as a life lesson and move on
