·I don’t know man life is strange. I volunteered to do some overtime this week. The late shift is boring but I catch up on paperwork and joke around with the residents.
I went outside at 12:40a to tell the knuckleheads put the weed away and get inside and I shit you not twenty feet to our left a business window shattered and the loud cracks of gunfire broke out. Two idiots in the park across the street decided to have an old west shoot out.
Despite their obvious shitty aim they did manage to put a round in each other which I found impressive. Once we all got up I made sure none of us were hit. One of the shooters was heading our way so I rushed everyone in but he was actually walking to the hospital. Bullet in his shoulder.
the other guy was laying in the street but alive. I wish I could say I was surprised by the event.
Give me five, I’m still alive, ain’t no luck, I learned to duck.
