Hi everyone. Just thought I’d let you all know that the London edition will be with us very soon( next couple of weeks), as I have been told by oxford street boutique. I managed to get 007 which I thought would of been best out of all 399?

Is there only 399 of this piece? Hot item?

I might regret posting this but I've just had a call from the Bond St boutique. They have one in stock that a client has cancelled on. I'm out because I'm about to buy another piece so if anyone wants one call the boutique and tell them you want it!

Here are all three current City Editions. If I had to pick one, I would choose the London edition. However, I am curious to see what the silver dial of the New York edition will look like in real world pictures.

They are £4650
Sadly, that info I was told back in October is not correct. £5600 according to Omega’s website.

The dial looks a little bit like the AP "Minutenrepetition". Very nice dial.

The London edition is gorgeous, but I am not 100% sure I would flip my Orbis Hour Vision for it, but it would be a close call. If there are any still available in the first week of March during my one week trip to London, I might get a chance for a hands-on.

Interesting how the new SIHH 2019 release Baumatic also has a blue-black gradient dial, similar to the London edition but not as sophisticated.

The NYC edition would probably be my choice for my collection and I think is quite reasonably priced at US$6,900.00. Not sure I will have an opportunity to fly into NYC during Q1 2019 (not really a good idea to visit the US during the shutdown)..so I will probably miss out🙁

I don't know why Omega doesn't do a non-LE production run with these Seamasters. I think they would be more popular than much of their current Deville line. Well, as they seem to pushing out new classic design Seamaster LEs every year, I suppose I won't have to wait long for the next one.😉

Ltd ed are fun but seems a bit going Panerai with it all
I agree to a degree but, however many times you hear it subconsciously the thought of owning a ltd edt sounds special and one day the next generation of collectors will pay handsomely 😀

I love limited editions et al but there are so many now. We all hope they will go up more than their regular counterparts. maybe even in our lifetime or before we want to sell them to finance the next watch. The real fun of them is you get to wear something slightly different than your other watch friends.

That NYC one is a really nice dial colour, would feel appropriate for a day in the office at the Chrysler building. Which I used to do.
