Looking to ID two watches

I have a men's Omega pocket watch and women's wristwatch that I want to identify that are hand-me-downs from my grandparents. They were likely purchased between 1945-1970 from Taiwan, Japan, India, or Hong Kong (guessing based on places my grandfather frequented). Ultimately I may try to sell them if they're worth any significant amount because the rest of the family doesn't seem to care about them (they all do well financially).

The pocket watch has some easily accessible numbers because the back is on a hinge. The wristwatch is tiny and I don't want to risk damaging it trying to remove the back myself.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The PW is from the late 1920s and looks like a nice heirloom. Unfortunately, PWs are rarely terribly valuable.

Thanks for the info. I realize now that I made a mistake because I based the possible purchase date on my father's age instead of my grandfather who was born in 1906.

It's also possible that the watches were not purchased when new.

I have some additional information about the wristwatch. I found official paperwork and a sales receipt from 1966. I only spent a few minutes looking, but I couldn't find a conversation rate for Hong Kong dollars in 1966 to U.S. dollars today.

My advice is not to sell them because you will not get rich. They have more value as a history family.
