·Looking at purchasing a used speedmaster day date, looking @ 3521.80, 3523.80 or 3520.50. Any advise on what to choice and why? Or is their a better choice?

·All have the Cal. 1151 to exact same spec if I'm not mistaken?
So it's a matter of your personal taste.
I prefer the black tachy bezel to the steel, and I also like lume patina so went for the best condition early (1995) 3520.50 I could find.
Shopped around until I found a mint full set where the hour markers had gone a nice dark yellow 😀
There's plenty around so I'd say be patient hold out for best condition you can find whatever you choose.
