Looking for thoughts on this dial

I find the outer second index pretty wobbly and the Roman numerical index also far from sharp. Thoughts folks? Seems to garner a lot of praises on Instagram.

I gave it a like out of politeness to the poster but I think it’s a fantasy piece. NOS too! The only good thing for sure are the hands

Almost looks like a repaint with masking to preserve the original numerals. A face that only a mother could love I'm afraid. 🤦

I saw a completely non-running/parts-only piece with a 'telephone dial' design like this quite a while back, but it was even rougher than the one @CaptainWinsor showed. I think that one was small seconds as well, but it's been a couple of years so can't say for sure. Haven't personally seen one since, but I too think the OP's posted piece is probably a repaint of some sort.

I don't collect much Zenith, but if the dial design is that uncommon maybe it's viable if you just like the look and the price is comfortable to you. Personally I'd pass, but that's just my two cents.
