I am a watch enthusiast who does not currently own an Omega!
And I am interested in getting an Ed White Speedmaster!

I have looked at that listing, but with it being located in Malaysia, the shipping and tariffs would put it out of my budget.

With a $14k budget, I don't think the OP needs to buy a watch with re-lumed hands and dial. Just my opinion.
