Hi guys, I'm watching this Weems Second Setting watch and the price seems a bit on the low side. Overall it looks fairly decent. I don't see a lock for the bezel but I also know there are several variations of these watches. I am still fairly new to study of these watches so is there something off about this watch I'm missing? https://www.ebay.com/itm/3042884350...U0_JK_kQEO&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPYPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
Dan, looking at the photos they all seem to have been taken within a minute of each other so, sadly no there's not an unobstructed view of the writing. What gives you pause?
seems a little sketchy that the photos are intentionally that bad considering the age of cameras on phones even. idk
The dial does not look correct. Here is an original one for reference: https://omegaforums.net/threads/wha...n-your-wrist-today.11824/page-43#post-1933610
Another example. I do not think that this is the only correct radium dial variant but it is tough to find good photos of original examples. https://watchcharts.com/listing/452200/vintage-longines-weems-10l-military-pilot-watch
