Hello. I am looking for some information regarding the history of the Longines Olympian models. I bought one at an auction and I would love to know more about this line. Also could someone tell me why some Longines of the 1970s don´t have the Longines logo on the dial but on the crown.

I don't have the answer to the OP's inquiry, but coincidentally, my watchmaker has an Olympiam he serviced and has up for sale. I am interested in any information other informed members can provide.
And I come with quick and dirty pics...
