·Well, called them today to check in and they called back an hour later to say it just arrived. Will be picking it up tomorrow. I'll post some photos once I get it home.

·It wears ever so slightly big. It's a lot of dial at 40mm. That being said, I like it, and I find it's comfortable on the wrist. The strap is great too. Sorry about that crown photo, didn't get it in focus. I'll try it again later.
